We want you to feel confident purchasing from our herbal dispensary. Because our products are health, herbal, and consumable products, we take particular care to protect product quality, hygiene, and safety.
Change of Mind Returns
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, herbal medicines, supplements, tinctures, powders, creams, oils, and other consumable health products cannot be returned for change of mind. Please contact Kirstin to discuss your situation.
Individualised Herbal Formulas
Individualised or practitioner-dispensed herbal formulas prepared specifically for a client are non-refundable and cannot be returned due to change of mind, as they are prepared specifically for the individual.
This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, incorrectly supplied, unsafe, or otherwise covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate remedy in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Please keep the product and its original packaging until we have advised you what to do.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us before sending any product back and provide:
Your name and order details
Proof of purchase
The product you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photos, where relevant, if the product is damaged or faulty
We will provide return instructions where a return is approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method and will be less the transaction fees incured. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer law.

Welcome to our naturopathic herbal dispensary. By purchasing products, booking services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. About Our Services
We provide naturopathic, herbal, wellness, and related products and services. Our products may include practitioner-dispensed herbal formulas, tinctures, supplements, teas, topical products, and other natural health products.
Information provided through our website, dispensary, or other communications is intended for general health and wellness purposes and should not be considered a substitute for appropriate medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Naturopathic Consultations
Where naturopathic consultations are provided, recommendations are based on information supplied by the client at the time of consultation.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your health, medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, and other relevant circumstances. Please inform your naturopath of any changes to your health or medication.
Our services are complementary in nature and are not intended to replace care from your doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. If you have a serious, worsening, or urgent medical concern, seek appropriate medical attention.
3. Herbal Products and Supplements
Natural products can have active effects and may not be suitable for everyone. You should follow the recommended directions for use and any instructions provided with your product. Do not exceed the recommended dosage unless specifically advised by an appropriately qualified practitioner.
If you are taking prescription medicines, have an existing medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are preparing for surgery, seek appropriate professional advice before using herbal medicines or supplements.
If you experience an unexpected or concerning reaction, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice.
4. Individualised Formulas
Where an herbal formula is prepared specifically for an individual client, the formulation is based on information available to us at the time of preparation. Because these products are individually prepared, they may not be suitable for another person and should not be shared. Individualised formulas may be subject to different cancellation and return conditions as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, directions, prices, and other information are accurate and current. However, packaging, ingredients, formulations, availability, and product information may change from time to time. The information supplied with the product should always be checked before use.
6. Orders and Payment
An order is accepted subject to product availability and our ability to fulfil the order. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and to cancel an order where necessary.
Payment must be received before products are dispatched unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We will take reasonable steps to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been correctly delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the product may pass to the customer, subject to applicable New Zealand consumer law.
8. Returns and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Certain products, including opened or used consumable health products and individually prepared formulas, may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. Nothing in our returns policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable law.
9. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests where an order has not yet been prepared or dispatched. Orders for individually prepared products may not be cancellable once preparation has commenced, subject to your rights under applicable New Zealand law.
10. Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website
Copy or reproduce our content without permission
Submit false, misleading, or harmful information
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, educational materials, and other original content belongs to or is licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without our prior written permission.
12. Health and Safety
Our products are intended to be used according to their stated directions and any specific instructions provided by us. You are responsible for reading product labels and following directions.
We encourage you to discuss the use of herbal medicines and supplements with an appropriate healthcare professional where there may be interactions, contraindications, or other health considerations.
13. Privacy
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law. Where you provide health information as part of a naturopathic consultation, we will take reasonable steps to protect and appropriately handle that information.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from misuse of a product, failure to follow instructions, failure to disclose relevant health information, or use of a product contrary to professional or product advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be published on our website and will apply from the date stated at the top of the Terms.
16. Governing Law
