About
Oh hey there! I’m Kirstin. I’m a naturopath, nutritionist and medical herbalist based in rural New Zealand who cares deeply about helping people feel well and live the life they love.
My Story
I grew up in a health-conscious home where low-toxin living was a part of everyday life. From an early age, I discovered a passion for creating my own health products at an early age, and in 2005, I began attending Naturopathic seminars that inspired me to pursue formal study.
In 2012, at the age of 22, I graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science in Complementary Medicine from Charles Sturt University in Australia, alongside diplomas in Naturopathy and Medical Herbalism from the South Pacific College of Natural Medicine in New Zealand.
Since then, I have worked in clinical practice across Waikato and Central Hawkes Bay, supporting clients through naturopathy, herbal medicine, and massage therapies even assisting racehorses with their health.
In 2019, my career shifted as I balanced farming with clinical work, leading me to take a break and work in the agricultural sector. I served as an Agricultural Training Advisor for PrimaryITO, helping farmers develop skills and confidence.
Now, in 2025, I have returned to naturopathic practice, combining my love of farming by supporting my partner in our agricultural ventures while running my clinic alongside this.
My approach is shaped by both my background in farming and my passion for natural health. I believe health is about balance, and I’m here to support you in finding what works best for your body and your life.
My Qualifications
Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine) – Charles Sturt University, Australia
Diploma in Naturopathy – South Pacific College of Natural Medicine, New Zealand
Diploma in Medical Herbalism – South Pacific College of Natural Medicine, New Zealand
Registered with the Naturopaths and Medical Herbalists of New Zealand (445)
My training has given me a clear understanding of how the body heals, how illness develops, and how natural medicine can make a real difference to everyday wellbeing.
Since 2012, it has been a personal goal of mine to qualify in Live and Dry Blood Analysis. I am currently completing this qualification to provide another level of insight into how the body’s internal terrain adapts to diet and lifestyle. With just a drop of blood, you’ll be able to see a snapshot of your health under the microscope. It’s a powerful too for understanding and supporting your wellbeing.
