What to expect from a Naturopathic consultation

1.
​Before we meet
​
You'll complete a simple online health questionnaire so I can get a sense of your health story and history before we sit down together.

Gather a copy of recent lab results or specialist findings.

​Send through a 3 day food diary including time of the day, and how much of what you eat and drink on a typical day vs the weekend.
2.
Your first appointment

Is an online initial consultation. Kirstin will send through the meeting link to explore what’s going on for you.  

​This will include your goals, current symptoms, past medical history, review of test results, supplements or medications, and anything else that feels important.

Together, we’ll look at how your body is responding to life right now and start building a picture of your whole health.
3.
​After your appointment

I’ll spend time reviewing everything we talked about, research your case and create a personalised wellness plan including an overview of steps to achieving your goals which will be emailed through. 

Your plan may include functional testing or referrals if needed, as well as nutritional and lifestyle guidance. You may also be recommended practitioner-only herbal formulas or therapeutic grade supplements to support your body’s healing. 

We stay connected by email check in's or messaging between progress appointments.
4. 
Support the evolves with you

Healing is a journey, and follow-up appointments are where we check in, fine-tune your plan, celebrate the wins and adapt things as your needs shift.

Your first follow-up is usually around 4 weeks after your initial consult, but we’ll find a rhythm that works for you.
