Epigenetic’s and Natural Medicine: How Lifestyle Shapes Your Health Beyond Genetics.

What Is Epigenetics?

Your genes may set the foundation, but they don’t determine your destiny. The environment and lifestyle choices you make from nutrition and sleep to stress management and movement influence how your genes express themselves. This is the science of epigenetics, where biology meets everyday decisions.

A Whole‑Body Approach to Wellness

As a Naturopath, Nutritionist, and Medical Herbalist, I help you unpack what’s driving your symptoms and build a plan that fits your life. That means supporting:

  • Skin health

  • Hormones and endocrine balance

  • Nervous system resilience

  • Digestive function

  • Cardiovascular health

  • Energy levels

…and whatever else your body is asking for.

How We Work Together

We start with:

  • Thorough case‑taking to understand your health history

  • A 3‑day diet diary to see how food impacts your body

  • Lab work when needed (or reviewing what you already have)

From there, I develop strategies in natural medicine that are practical, evidence‑based, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Tracking Progress and Results

We check in monthly (or as needed) to track your progress, make tweaks as things shift, and keep your care aligned with your life. Recently, I’ve worked with incredible clients who followed their plans with commitment, and I’ve collaborated with Specialists and GPs to create whole‑person care that delivers powerful results.

I can’t wait to work with you too 🤍
