Shipping Policy

At The Rural Naturopath we use NZ Post as our carrier which operates Monday to Friday.  Economy Tracked and Rural Delivery available. 

There is a 24-48hr timeframe between when your order is placed and when it is shipped.  Once your product has been shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking number.  Please contact Kirstin if you have any questions [email protected] or 0212964069

Returns Policy

At The Rural Naturopath, we are committed to providing high-quality health and wellness services both in-clinic and online.  Our policies ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for our clients, customers, and practitioners.

Please contact Kirstin to discuss your circumstances via [email protected].  Product refunds are only available for unopened, unused products within 10 days with proof of purchase.  This does not include liquid herbal formulas.  Return postage is at the customers expense.
